The Legend of Automated Money (or 'Passive Income')

>> There's more than you may have considered in reference to the concept of PASSIVE money-generation. We dive into that above.

We'd love to get your feedback below (you can use the 'Link comment to current time in video' feature, if you just wish to add-to, or ask a question, about that particular point in the presentation).

That is typical. What you're talking about where bloggers and non-thinking writers keep using the phrase in their headlines. Pure click-bait in many cases.

But thank you for making a lot of reasonable sense with this. Its fascinating to see you guys dismantle what many DO certainly feel is possible with "programs" and low-opportunities that are by now means 'passive' at all.

The outsourcing of the information; where I just task somebody say on Fivvr to write a report or book. once I get everything in place where the downloads are happening AUTOMATICALLY, without my involvement to get it to the customer, isn't that considered PASSIVE?

Not really Susanna. The process of having a report or book created for you (or purchasing Private Label Rights from a publisher) is just ONE of several components that need to be in place to sell info products online. In addition, you also need a website with sales and product delivery pages, as well as a way to collect payments from customers. Once everything is ready, you have to then advertise your product on an ongoing basis. Most if not all of this stuff can be outsourced; you simply pay with your $ instead of your time. However, as we discussed, while a lot of things can be highly automated, NOTHING is technically 100% passive because you must still keep an eye on what's happening with your business and/or investments.

Thank you, Byron, for saying so. We shall indeed continue to be more active on the 'vocal' front in lieu of just reserving ALL our thoughts for members within M4 Insider or the Renegade Money Guide. ✌

Have you ever looked into the passive income from renting shipping containers?

We have a report about how to cash-in on the self-storage industry. But, no, not shipping containers. So, if you've got something for us to look at, send us a note here:
